Instructional Media Center Rules & Regulations
General Rules
- The IMC is designated for quiet study and research. Please, observe silence at all times out of respect for others.
- Eating, sleeping, chatting, engaging in industrial arts, and working on related projects are strictly prohibited within the IMC.
- Students and users are expected to treat IMC materials and facilities with care. Any intentional damage or defacement will result in appropriate disciplinary action.
- Borrowers are fully responsible for all books and materials checked out under their name. Full replacement cost must be paid for any lost or damaged items.
IMC I.D
- Students must present a valid IMC I.D. to enter the library.
- Entry without an I.D. is not allowed under any circumstances.
- Borrowing or using someone else’s I.D. is strictly prohibited.
NOTE: Do not ask for entry if you forget your I.D.
- Respect library rules for everyone’s benefit.
- Always bring your IMC I.D. with you.
- Do not lose or damage your I.D.
- Report lost I.D.s immediately.
- Lost/damaged I.D.s must be replaced.
NOTE: Replacement fee: ₱50 (no refund).
Borrowing & Returning Materials
Overdue Fines
- A fine of ₱5.00 per day will be charged for each overdue book.
Losses & Damages
- Payment of the full replacement cost.
- A copy of the same title.
- A different title of equal or greater value, subject to IMC approval.
Available for use on Tuesday and Friday only
- Board games are available at the Reference Section
- Available for use during break time only.
- Choose a board game you like.
- Bring it to the counter.
- Present your IMC I.D. to the staff.
- Wait for the receipt (same as borrowing books).
- Return the board game 5 minutes before break time ends.
- Use board games only during break time.
- Follow the borrowing process properly
- Return on time.
Computer & Internet Section
Strictly for research and academic purposes
- No gaming, streaming, or social media
- Respect the space as a learning environment
- USB flash drives are not allowed to prevent virus infections.
- The following are strictly prohibited:
 – R18 content
 – Online gambling websites
 – Online games of any kind
- Keep noise to a minimum.
- No food or drinks allowed.
- Maintain cleanliness and order.
- Respect others’ work and space.
Misuse may result in:
 -Temporary suspension of access.
 -Reporting to discipline office.
 -Loss of computer privileges.
During break time (Recess, Lunch, and Class Dismissal).
- All users must fill out the log sheet before using the internet section.
- During class hours only with teacher permission (Ask your teacher first if it’s during class!).
- All users must bring permission slip, IMC ID, and fill out the log sheet before using the internet section.
- During Quarterly Examinations (The log sheet will be removed during quarterly examinations).
Printing Services
Printing fees:
– ₱5 per page (black & white text)
– ₱10 per quarter page (colored image)
– ₱15 per half page (colored image)
– ₱20 per full page (colored image)
• Applies to both short and long bond paper.
Audio Visual Center Rules & Regulations
General Rules
Users of the Non-Print Materials
- The use of audio-visual equipment and facilities shall be restricted to the school personnel, faculty members and the students for educational activities.
- The person/s applying for the permit shall assume full responsibility for AV equipment used and other facilities in the av room (chairs, tables, blackboard, blinds, etc.
Reservation Guidelines
- Students are not allowed to use any of the viewing rooms without the permission and supervision of the subject teacher, adviser and moderator. The reservation of the AVC is done by the subject teacher, adviser and moderator.
- Students / groups are held responsible for any damage and pay for the cost incurred of AV facilities used during the activity.
Borrowing & Returning Materials
- Once anything is overdue, the student will lose his/her checkout privileges until the item is returned.
- A lost / damaged item must be repaired/replaced with the same item. In addition, the borrower must pay the fine.
- Students are only allowed to check AV equipment with the consent of the subject teacher / adviser / moderator.
- The borrower is required to leave his/her School I.D.
- The borrower is responsible for the transport, proper used and care of the materials / equipment from the AVC and should immediately return after use.
For safety purposes, Laptop / LCD projector and other delicate equipment are not to be borrowed by the students.

 7:20am – 4:20pm
 12:00pm – 1:00pm LUNCH BREAK
