Title
Determining the Productivity Level of Early Risers and Night Owls : A Case Study
Abstract
A case study has been conducted on six grade 11 students. The study is on finding out how productive they really are when it comes to their preferred schedule. Rising early in the morning or staying up late at night. These are the two schedules that most students use in their everyday lives. The conducted research has shown that the respondents claimed that their schedule of fulfilling task have been a helpful one. Nigt owls says that doing things under the light of the moon only feels natural to them and thinks that it is also applied to everyone. Early risers rise up early in the morning to do their work to pressure themselves of finishing their work on time before school starts. Night owls dislike the idea of waking up early to do their work because they feel drowsy after waking up. Early risers prioritize getting eight hours of sleep so they would feel more relaxed when doing their work. All in all, this research has shown that whichever you are of the two, as long as you are keeping yourself away from the harm of the effects of the two schedules, then you're good to go.
