Title
A Descriptive Study of the Effectiveness of School Discipline Practices in the Perspective of Teachers of Holy Family Academy
Subject
Student Research
Abstract
School disciplinary arrangements are practices that are fundamental highlights of life. The effectiveness of a school is sometimes judged based on how students maintain their discipline. The purpose of this study is to find out if school discipline is effective from the perspective of teachers and students and to see if school rules help maintain a classroom that can run smoothly and efficiently. The research requires analytical techniques, including intensity sampling. We interviewed six teachers to collect the data that was needed. Our respondents claimed that school discipline was effective in their point of view. There has been an improvement over the decade in school discipline. As this examination has demonstrated, and investigation has been clarified, proper discipline is fundamental to their capacity to attain successful education. Without a disciplined atmosphere, teachers can't teach effectively and students can't learn adequately. Ultimately, this methodology seeks to accomplish two things: (1) building character and molding students and (2) observing effectiveness in the discipline.
