Effects of Having a Substitute Teacher on the Student's Learning Progress
Abstract
In this study, the researchers look at the effects of substitute teachers on the students learning progress that are in different classes. There are several different points of view about substitute teaching: the substitute teacher and the students. Most perceive that having a substitute teacher can truly make a difference in how a student can grasp each lesson that a substitute teacher tries to discuss in front of them. The researchers show that substitute teachers can incorporate many types of the learning process and aspects explored in the field of teaching. Teachers are required to have skills and techniques that will make them credible to believe their students. In this study, the researchers are among their objective goal is to find the reason behind the student and substitute teachers to discover and observe the effects of the learning progress of the students of Holy Family Academy through interviews using questionnaires as their tool to know the information or opinions of the students. The researchers used purposive sampling which will enable to help the researchers to find their objective.
