Grade 11 Digital Poster Making Contest

Book Week Celebration (January 24-28 2022)

The purpose of the Digital Poster Making Contest aims to spice up and encourage interest in reading, love for books, and to engage the Filipino community in the celebration of Book Week.

 

Mechanics: 

  1. The digital poster-making contest is open to all bona fide HFA Grade 11 students.
  2. There must be one representative for each class
  3. All prospective contestants (only one entry per section) shall register online at the IMC websites for proper monitoring/supervision of the conduct of the contest.
  4. The poster should be the artist’s personal visualization of the 2021 Book Week theme “OUTcomes. OUTreach. OUTstanding: Libraries Beyond Boundaries.”
  5. The submitted entry shall possess the following specifications:
    1. The poster must be in an A4 size format (8.27” x 11.69”) 300 DPI resolution, in PORTRAIT orientation,
    2. Rendered in PNG and RGB colors,
    3. Could use any software applications (e.g. Photoshop, Canva, etc.)
    4. Submitted entry must indicate the software app used and shall submit the entry both in pdf and the format of the app used.
  6. Entry must be the original and unpublished work of the artist.
  7. Artists retain the copyright of their work.
  8. Entry should be submitted to IMC websites. Submission of entries is extended until February 3, 2022, Thursday, 5:00 pm. Concerned Library personnel shall duly acknowledge receipt of all entries received/submitted.
  9. All winning entries will be posted on the social media accounts of HFA Instructional Media Center (e.g. FB, website, etc.)
  10. Announcements of winners will be during the Virtual Culminating Activity of the Book Week Celebration on February 11, 2022 (Friday).

AWARD 

There will be three (3) winners of this contest and they will receive the following: 

● 1st Prize – P500.00 and an E- Certificate of Recognition 

● 2nd Prize – P300.00 and an E- Certificate of Recognition 

● 3rd Prize – P200.00 and an E-Certificate of Recognition
