This study investigates the factors influencing sleep deprivation among STEM students in grade 12. It explores the biological, psychological, and academic aspects of sleep deprivation&#8217;s impact, drawing on previously published research. Findings show that students face psychological difficulties such as anxiousness, problems focusing, and late- night study habits in addition to difficulties falling asleep, disrupted sleep patterns, and dependence on naps. Through a quantitative research approach, implementing survey questionnaires, data has been gathered from Grade 12 STEM students at Holy Family Academy High School Department.
