This study aimed to examine the factors that affect cooperation, the considerations in social skills, group processing, positive interdependence, promotive interaction, and individual responsibility that students need to effectively collaborate. A descriptive survey design was employed, with 197 Grade 11 students from Holy Family Academy selected through systematic sampling. Data was collected using a survey questionnaire and analyzed through descriptive statistics to identify the most significant factors. Results revealed that individual responsibility, followed by social skills and positive interdependence were most considerable (mean 3.76, Strongly Agree; mean 3.48, Agree; mean = 3.45, Agree). Recommendations highlight the need for encouragement of communication sand accountability.
