Sexual and reproductive health literacy (SRHL) is one of the vital factors that influence one’s sexual and reproductive health. It allows one to make healthy, educated choices on their reproductive health, sexuality, relationships, and more. It also aids in addressing concerns such as teenage pregnancy, child marriage, and sexually-transmitted infections. With the relevance of SRHL established, this study aims to identify the levels in which SRHL, as a multifaceted concept, exists among people of reproductive age and the demographic factors associated with its manifestation amongst them. In line with this, a two-part questionnaire was utilized. Out of 68 participants, more than 85% of the participants presented adequate SRHL, with the said number being consistent across other domains. Some demographic features such as sex and SRH information sources were also identified to be predictors of SRHL levels. Upon analysis of data, the SRHL of people of reproductive age in Pampanga are within the knowledgeable range, with only less than 20% exhibiting limited SRHL. These findings may be used in assessing the current health strategies implemented in the locale to further improve the SRHL of the community.
