A high activity of microorganisms on public places poses a great sense of danger for the Public for it heightens the risk of pathogens being passed on from one human contact to another. The neglection of this matter leads to the exposure of the general public to diseases caused by the different microorganisms residing on a public utility. Such utility includes public toilets, which are being consistently used by the public on a daily basis. For these reasons, the researchers aim to provide descriptions regarding the status and activity of microorganisms residing on a public toilet scat through conducting this research on the malls in Angeles City in order to address a localized problem regarding such matter. A standard bacteriological technique in culturing bacteria was used by the researchers in order to obtain samples from the public toilets of the mall establishments located around Angeles City. The microorganisms grown on the agar plate prepared by the researchers was directly counted and the number of colonics was recorded and was used to provide analysis on the activity of microorganisms on the surface of toilet seats, using the average number of directly counted colonies of the samples. The results revealed that the mall with the most active microorganisms was Marquee Mall and the mall having the least active microorganisms was Robinson\u2019s Place Mall.
