This paper explored the typical and day-to-day experiences of Familian students with siblings diagnosed with an autistic spectrum disorder. Through the utilization of the purposive sampling method, five respondents from Holy Family Academy were singled out and appointed as respondents. This qualitative study delved into the influence of a person’s interplay with their sibling on the different facets of their life. In addition to that, their thoughts, notions, and insights about having a mentally-disabled sibling, including the disorder itself, were brought to light. The main goal of this research is to introduce and educate people about the existence of such disorder, which in turn, may lead to a wider view about an affected person’s life. It was disclosed on the latter part that most of the selected respondents have a good relationship with their siblings, and their current condition was viewed and revived as a challenge, rather than a burden. However, one respondent was noticeably having a hard time dealing with the tantrums and meltdown of the autistic sibling.
