This study aims to investigate the effects of procrastination on HFA students. Procrastination is an unavoidable problem for a large number of students nowadays. This has been the cause of delaying one’s work. Bombarded school works and projects wew the cause of their procrastination but sometimes they just tend to get lazy for them to do it. Among almost 300 students of Grade11, 15 students were chosen to be their respondents. The result shows that procastinatin greatly affects the academic performance of te students. It affects their physical and mental aspects. In a way that procastination cause them stress while some answered that it ciasues them tp not have enough sleep. Grades is also a factor that needed to be known to know the effects to them and the result sows that some goet lower but some just got the same grades.
