Book Week Celebration (January 24-28 2022)<\/strong><\/p>\n

The purpose of the Digital Poster Making Contest aims to spice up and\u00a0<\/span>encourage interest in reading, love for books, and to engage the Filipino <\/span>community in the celebration of Book Week.<\/span>
<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Mechanics:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. The digital poster-making contest is open to all bona fide HFA Grade 11 students.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. There must be one representative for each class<\/li>\n
  3. All prospective contestants (only one entry per section) shall register online at the IMC websites for proper monitoring\/supervision of the conduct of the contest.<\/li>\n
  4. The poster should be the artist’s personal visualization of the 2021 Book Week theme \u201cOUTcomes. OUTreach. OUTstanding: Libraries Beyond Boundaries.\u201d<\/li>\n
  5. The submitted entry shall possess the following specifications:\n
      \n
    1. The poster must be in an A4 size format (8.27\u201d x 11.69\u201d) 300 DPI resolution, in PORTRAIT orientation,<\/li>\n
    2. Rendered in PNG and RGB colors,<\/li>\n
    3. Could use any software applications (e.g. Photoshop, Canva, etc.)<\/li>\n
    4. Submitted entry must indicate the software app used and shall submit the entry both in pdf and the format of the app used.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
    5. Entry must be the original and unpublished work of the artist.<\/li>\n
    6. Artists retain the copyright of their work.<\/li>\n
    7. Entry should be submitted to IMC websites. Submission of entries is extended until February 3, 2022, Thursday, 5:00 pm.<\/span> Concerned Library personnel shall duly acknowledge receipt of all entries received\/submitted.<\/li>\n
    8. All winning entries will be posted on the social media accounts of HFA Instructional Media Center (e.g. FB, website, etc.)<\/li>\n
    9. Announcements of winners will be during the Virtual Culminating Activity of the Book Week Celebration on February 11, 2022 (Friday).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
