  • The IMC is designated for quiet study and research. Please, observe silence at all times out of respect for others.<\/li>
  • Eating, sleeping, chatting, engaging in industrial arts, and working on related projects are strictly prohibited within the IMC.<\/li>
  • Students and users are expected to treat IMC materials and facilities with care. Any intentional damage or defacement will result in appropriate disciplinary action.<\/li>
  • Borrowers are fully responsible for all books and materials checked out under their name. Full replacement cost must be paid for any lost or damaged items.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/details>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

                    Users of the Non-Print Materials<\/strong><\/h3>
                    • The use of audio-visual equipment and facilities shall be restricted to the school personnel, faculty members and the students for educational activities.<\/li>
                    • The person\/s applying for the permit shall assume full responsibility for AV equipment used and other facilities in the av room (chairs, tables, blackboard, blinds,<\/b> etc.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/details>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t
                      \n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t

                      • Students are not allowed to use any of the viewing rooms without the permission and supervision of the subject teacher, adviser and moderator. The reservation of the AVC is done by the subject teacher, adviser and moderator.<\/li>
                      • Students \/ groups are held responsible for any damage and pay for the cost incurred of AV facilities used during the activity.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/details>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

                        • Once anything is overdue, the student will lose his\/her checkout privileges until the item is returned.<\/li>
                        • A lost \/ damaged item must be repaired\/replaced with the same item. In addition, the borrower must pay the fine.<\/li>
                        • Students are only allowed to check AV equipment with the consent of the subject teacher \/ adviser \/ moderator.<\/li>
                        • The borrower is required to leave his\/her School I.D.<\/li>
                        • The borrower is responsible for the transport, proper used and care of the materials \/ equipment from the AVC and should immediately return after use.<\/li>

                        • For safety purposes, Laptop \/ LCD projector and other delicate equipment are not to be borrowed by the students.<\/p>
